Abstract:	自充填混凝土（SCC）之開發與運用，不僅可解決一般混凝土之澆置問題，更可免除搗實工作，使混凝土品質大幅提昇，同時達到施工安全、省力，減少技術工人需求及縮短工期等目標。自充填混凝土第一次使用於國道6 號高速公路工程，本文以SCC 材料施工，應用於國道6 號墩柱實體試驗之過程，探討有關SCC 施工時應注意之事項。優良的配比設計和生產管理是成功與否的兩大關鍵。配比設計之好壞，決定在良好的骨材及個人之經驗之累積；而生產管理則需仰賴健全的管理機制。必須有良好的檢驗與管制程序、教育訓練、適當的分析與檢討 The development of Self-Compacting Concrete not only can resolve the problem of concrete pouring, but also can neglect tamping to substantially improve the quality of concrete.
