Abstract:	「綠營建」在國外被稱為「永續營建」，本概念是由永續發展所衍生出來的。為確保生態永續，促進公共建設與環境相調和，減緩人為施作對自然之衝擊及破壞，於工程規劃、設計、施工與營運養護階段採行必要手段所完成之營建工程稱為綠營建工程，配合綠營建工程使用之材料稱為綠營建材料。本文內容主要研討再生粒料（廢棄混凝土）之特性、回收資源化觀念之建立，及回收再生技術提升，以供日後相關工程及人員之共識、瞭解及參考，期在工程上兼顧品質及工期外未來能廣泛執行推動，使國內之營建工程建設早日邁入人文、永續精神及永續發展之新里 Green Construction is known as Sustainable Construction in foreign countries.
