    Abstract: 失效模式與效應分析（Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, FMEA）是用來分析系統內潛在之失效模式，並對此系統可能造成之不良後果，給予定性之評價，提出適當之改善對策作業，以防止失效再度發生。本研究利用FMEA針對國軍部隊生活營舍防範火災發生進行潛在的危害辨識，作為事故發生前預先採取適當之防範措施與事故發生後的肇因檢討，期能藉此防範危安事件發生提昇營舍防火危害辨識及安全評估能力，進而能有效地降低災害之發生頻率與嚴重性，提升國軍部隊戰力。
