    Abstract: 本研究運用影像差異化之影像處理技術,決定光彈應力場上之光彈應力條紋級次,減少以往影像過於相近而誤判及數值離散而造成人為判定的誤差,可快速且準確進行光彈應力條紋的分析,並以數位反射式光彈法之影像處理技術,實際應用於長銲鋼軌之釋放殘留應力量測。本方法以鑽孔方式量測長銲鋼軌內之釋放應力,經由光彈貼片影像擷取/平滑化/差異化(條紋級次分離)/二值化/骨骸化處理後,將可預測光彈貼片上長銲鋼軌內之釋放應力分佈,並結合長銲鋼軌理論與數值模擬方式進行驗證與探討,本研究方法可提供實際長銲鋼軌殘餘應力之量測與分析。
