    Abstract: 本研究利用數位反射式光彈法，量測鋼筋因腐蝕而產生與混凝土間界面上之膨脹應力，再配合數位影像處理技術，以及克利金線性內插法預測彩色光彈應力條紋級次與等傾線角，進而獲取量測範圍內各資料點之應力值及應力分佈情形，並將其轉換為造成混凝土開裂之膨脹應力。同時並以數值模式預測計算鋼筋不同腐蝕開裂階段產生之膨脹張應力，經比較後獲得相當一致之結果，也驗證應用數位反射式光彈法進行鋼筋腐蝕膨脹應力量測長期監測之可行性。
