Abstract:	隨著社會與經濟環境的雙邊，家長婚姻關餘的改變，使得家庭型態也呈現多樣性。雙薪家庭是現代社會主要型態，學童課後照顧是家長面臨的問題，使得學童課後托育成為一種趨勢。在少子化情況下，課後安親班服務競爭愈顯激烈。本研究採問卷調查進行研究，音在探討苗果縣、國小低年級學童家長課後安親班的消費決策，了解不同家庭背景的家長選擇課後安親班考量的因素，分析家長對課後安親班「有形性」與「無形性」服務構面重視程度的差異。研究發現:家長的性別、家庭所得、教育程度等三個研究變項，對有形性與無性形服務構面重視程度有顯著影 Due to the change of traditional social and economic environment, the parental relationship and family pattems have been altered.
