    Abstract: 我國教育部自 2002 年起配合國家建設重點發展計畫，開始全面性地推動「永
    續校園推廣獎勵與改造計畫」，在校園永續發展的理念帶動之下，台灣各級學校
    的校園環境永續性已經有了初步的改造成效，但目前尚無架構可評估改造成效，
    以便瞭解仍需加強之部分。有鑑於此，本研究將藉由國內、外相關校園實質環境
    評估之檢討與分析，配合德爾菲專家問卷調查，以擬定適於台灣國小校園之評估
    架構，以供未來對於校園建設綠建築能有所依據。
