    Abstract: 隨著社會發展需求、、國人過度開發,嚴重破壞生物生存空間,以致生態系統失衡,其中以水資源開發利造成生態環境破壞最為嚴重。為能確保生存於河溪中 的生物,可維持基本生存條件之需水量和有效棲地面積 (Weighted Usable Area,WUA)。因此本研究以曾文溪主流為例,並選擇粗首鱲此魚種作為指標物種,依據美國漁業與野生動物署所開發之「河川流量增量評估法 ((Instream FlowIncremental Methodologyy, IFIM)」的「物理棲地模擬 (PHABSIM) 」,建立指標物種之棲
