    Abstract: 反射式光彈法應用於材料構件之表面應力量測已相當廣泛,但其彩色應力條紋級次判別不易,因此本研究運用影像差異化之影像處理技術,決定光彈應力場上之光彈應力條紋級次,減少以往影像過於相近而誤判及數值離散而造成人為判定的誤差,可快速且準確進行光彈應力條紋的分析。將數位影像處理反射式光彈法實際應用於預壓混凝土試體之釋放應力量測、鋼結構基礎隆起變形而使得鋼梁與鋼柱構件發生內應力之量測與鋼筋腐蝕膨脹應力之量測,本方法可實際應用於目前較困難量測之預力混凝土殘留應力與發生變形之結構構件之內應力及鋼筋腐蝕膨脹應力之評估,可有效
