    Abstract: 由於國內透水性鋪面之發展尚處於研究發展階段,尤其近年因台灣都會區水災頻傳,如八八水災、芭瑪颱風等帶來豐沛的雨量,以及都市化的結果使不透水面積逐年增加,不透水鋪面直接衝擊地表之保水效能。根據校園環境調查報告顯示三十五所國中小學校園環境現況,地面覆蓋的平均不透水面積,國中校園高達69%,國小達68%,環境保水現況十分不良,各級學校應正視鋪面透水與雨水回收議題。
