Abstract:	空軍軍事工程過程中衍生之糾紛與爭議，將導致工程人員需消耗大量的精力及時間，並藉由行政院公共工程委員會及律師等協助下，與承包廠商進行協調、申訴、調解、仲裁及訴訟，此種情況，不僅延誤工期與預算支用，更嚴重影響軍事營繕工程之成本規劃與管理效益。本研究乃構思藉由相關軍事營繕工程法規及一般公共工程營建法規之法令整理、案例及專業人員等方面做調查，再經由研究與分析案例缺失等要因後，進而提出較為符合管理科學的改善方法，以期盼研究成果能作為軍事工程爭議之處理及預防參考，進而提昇軍事工程之執行績效與品質。 Controversies and disputes derived during the Air Force military project construction process will lead to the engineering staff to consume a lot of energy and time.
