    Abstract: 目前台灣科學園區的廠區面積仍然持續增加,而科學園區多半為高科技廠商所造成擴廠的結果,開發所衍生之環境議題,如環境負荷及溫室氣體排放量的持續增加,亦備受各界專業人士關心與討論,現階段科學園區開發營運確實有環境衝擊之問題。以節能減碳評估指標之權重體系實際計算廠房建築物的節能減碳效益。位區竹南科學園區範圍內的樣本建築物A得分為78.31分,而位區竹南科學園區範圍外的樣本建築物B得分為48.89。在樣本建築物A以基地綠化構面及基地保水構面的落實程度是比較高的,而生物多樣性與樣本建築物B一樣都是最低的。
