    Abstract: 有鑑於產業結構的快速變遷,為能在競爭市場中佔有一席之地,有效地縮短產品生命週期、發展出創新技術和產品來與競爭者相抗衡,為企業保持競爭優勢的重要關鍵。新設備的設置與操作反映並展現出技術的研發成果,進而能達到產能的提昇、獲得競爭優勢的領先。就生產之投資建設而言,一般尤以核心技術之新設備的設置最為重要,其間所涉及設備的專業知識技能(Know-How)之完整移轉於接收、與操作者,可有效減少機台故障頻率、並且大幅降低企業利潤損失;是以,新設備與其關鍵技術內容移轉的評估遴選與決策將成為成就競爭優勢之重要核心。本研究之
