    Abstract: 都市計畫在執行的過程常發生地(屋)主與政府部門的地界爭議，而政府又常因此必需做出具額國賠或造成計畫的停止。本研究針對此類案例進行田野調查並加以整理後發現目前地界爭議多為都市計畫分區使用樁位與相關圖說間的誤差所造成，依其原因可分為政策、管理、執行與技術等四大類。針對於研究提出之四大類問題、原因再以專家訪談的方式進行驗證。依此驗證之結果進行解決方案的規劃與設計，其方案也是依四大類別中的次要項目進行設計，最後再以德爾菲專家問卷進行方案的驗證，以求該方案之方向與內容能合於實況。最後再結合近期所發生之法院判決定讞的
