Abstract:	永續發展(Sustainable Development)不僅是當代全球共通的議題，亦是人類生活追求之典範，其目的在於確保人類自然福祉、兼顧社經與環境發展，以有效提升集居生活品質。台灣的集居環境從過去的農業，經工、商業的逐漸演變發展，蛻變至科技發達的社會；人類進步必須倚賴科技革新和聯合行動的能力，而科技化亦使社區居民的互動、歸屬感等傳統生活文化轉變為私密與安全的重視以及人際關係上的疏離現象，同時包含有面臨社會、文化及環境生態等新發展的挑戰，而朝向多元與複雜。故，思索於追求科技發展同時，應兼顧永續發展與社會 Sustainable development is not only the globally common issue today but also the paragon which people are looking for in their lives.
