    Abstract: 隨著全球永續發展觀念之推行與倡導，世界各地無不以「全球思考，地區行動」之思維，積極地分別就其居住環境特性加以研究。檢視於台灣地區集居環境之發展，因地狹人稠與高度都市化，集合住宅已成為主要之居住型態；然而，其相關因應於永續發展之落實，卻多偏向環境資源、政策擬定與室內物理環境指標之建立，而欠缺了相關於集合住宅生成（即整體規劃設計）之探討與有效引導。是以，本研究乃根據相關永續發展概念應用於集合住宅文獻之回顧整理，透過模糊德爾菲法（Fuzzy Delphi Method；FDM）所界定出集合住宅生成階段之四大構面
