    Abstract: 國內相關綠化法規及政策對於建築量體空間之屋頂進行綠化之規定缺乏詳細規範內容，因此對於增加都市綠化、提升居住環境品質及達到緩和都市熱島現象之成效有限。有鑒於此，本研究引用陳輝龍所提出之屋頂綠化永續發展評估架構之評估項目，運用層級程序分析法(AHP)衡量評估架構中構面、因子間各項的相對權重，以及整體的權重，以提出屋頂綠化永續發展關鍵之因子。
