Abstract:	「永續發展」概念從1987年為「世界環境與發展委員會」（W.C.E.D）所首先詮釋的觀念，在WCED的報告中，定義「永續發展」為：「能滿足當代的需要，同時不損及未來世代滿足其需要的發展」；而世界各國也依其相關領域去作探討與研究。檢視於台灣發展之歷程，直接影響現況及社經運作的，首推集居環境的建構；而近年來台灣的快速都市化，已逐漸的造成土地的密集使用及人口密度的提高，因此集合住宅遂成為現今社會上主要之供需產物。因此，本研究中將透過1.相關文獻回顧：先行了解永續發展的概念、集居環境的現況發展與集合住宅
