    Abstract: 營造商在規畫設計階段，對於開挖工法除依據詳實鑽探報告資料經過完整審慎的地質改良規劃設計及風險評估作業外，選擇一個合適安全的最佳地盤改良工法配套安全的地下室基礎擋土開挖工法，使其能夠安全、如期、如質的完成是工程最重要的目的與重點。
    本研究對於各種地下室開挖及擋土工法優缺點與開挖工法選擇之因子進行文獻回顧，再基礎開挖及擋土工法之評估表及三個大台北地區的實際案例進行實作，檢示案例實做工法與本研究所提出之工法差異與原因以驗證其評量表。
