Abstract:	檢視具歷史資產區域發展之既有相關文獻研究，一般咸認為須能反映出地區特質之自明性，並促進地區文化觀光發展為主要核心；是以，相關歷史資產區域之保存、修復或是再利用…等地區活化再生之方式，遂成為因應發展時之首要考量。在擁有多元歷史資產的台灣，由於觀念的狹隘、政策的偏頗…等，形成千篇一律的發展現況，極需建立起客觀的評價標準以資因應。本研究以建構出明確有效之活化再生方案評選模式為主要目的。由於議題涉及諸多質化之地方特性，極易受人類主觀價值判斷所影響，故，先行藉由相關文獻研究整合於Saaty之BOCR概念，歸納彙整出 The main core for the development of region with historical heritage was appeared by reviewing relevant existed literature, which was it needed to reflect the identities of local characteristics explicitly, and then to promote the development of regional
