Abstract:	現下的生活環境雖已滿足了基本生存及生活條件，但隨著都市化與社會急遽變遷，城市居民對生活環境品質的需求亦相對地提高。因此，如何因應整體發展趨勢、有效提升城市生活品質，透過有效且具客觀性之評價模式的建立，是為導引並創造出良好居住生活環境的可行參考基礎。而，由於指標建構為提供評價衡量時之有效工具，本研究透過相關城市生活品質文獻研究歸納彙整出相關可能影響因子；並藉由因素分析法（Factor Analysis method; FA）萃取出其主要影響成分建構出評價指標，以建立起整體生活城市之評價模式。然而，由於其間組 Nowadays, the living environment has already satisfied basic surviving and living conditions, but with urbanization and social rapid changes, the demand of living environment quality for urban population also improves relatively.
