Abstract:	近年來營建業開始致力於資訊化作業，其中與營建業關係最深的就是建築資訊模型(Building Information Model ,BIM)。現行採用BIM設計建物的普及度雖然不如AutoCAD;但就未來發展性而言，具有圖資整合能力與3D視覺化設計的BIM系統將是電腦輔助設計(Computer aided Design, CAD)於營建業發展的方向。目前的BIM系統雖整合各種設計圖與資訊;但對於施工規劃並無太多實質幫助，所以如何應用BIM系統對施工規劃產生協助也就成為營建產業未來發展的方向。本研究的目的是設 The information technology has been applied heavily in construction industry for quite a few years.
