    Abstract: 傳統消防泡沫管路於施工時,僅依照設計圖進行材料、工期、資源估算後便進行施工,因此常造成廢料數量過多,使材料成本提高、浪費時間及人力,並連帶造成工地安全、衛生之成本增加,且對工地管理危險環境因子增高,甚至造成施工品質降低。
    而「同步工程」是將產品由開發至製成實施同步化、一體化,以提升產品品質、縮短工期、降低成本、增加競爭力。若消防泡沫管路工程能應用「同步工程」,必能有效改善施工效率,並可減少廢料,降低成本。
    本研究藉由文獻回顧、專家問卷等方式,建立消防泡沫管路應用「同步工程」因考量之工序,再將各工序依類型歸
