    Abstract: 隨著經濟的快速發展、產業結構的改變與年輕人口的大量外移，使得傳統農村社區發展停滯凋敝。然而，受全球永續思潮之導引，如何促其活化再生，實為重要之課題。檢視台灣地區對於農村社區活化再生之認知，普遍以實質建設、土地利用規畫、引入休閒旅遊與商業活動…等主觀且同質性的方式為之，遂形成千篇一律的現況。須知，對應於不同地域資源與特質，偏頗且狹隘的觀念常常會忽略了在地文化與特性，因此亟需建立起能夠彰顯出自我特性與地方價值的評價標準。本研究於考慮同時存在之正、反利害關係，並建構出明確可行之活化再生方案評選模式為主要目的；先
