    Abstract: 軍事建築為公共建築的一環，包含了生活場所、訓練場所及各類戰訓用途等場所，且近年來軍事營區的規畫及設計，已逐步融合綠建築、節能減碳和環保等政策。有鑑於此，本研究引用陳瑜昇綠建築應用於空軍基地之研究所提出的評估架構，盧列出達成目標需改善項目或可再精進之方式，並運用德爾菲專家問卷的決策方法蒐集專家意見，歸納出較佳之改善對策。
