    Abstract: 在此全球社經現況快速發展之時代下，知識管理已成為提升城市競爭之發展方向，而城市競爭力指標之建構，主要係為面對全球競爭挑戰的城市發展，提供規劃與研擬評量工具。本研究嘗試以知識管理、城市競爭力與都市永續發展等相關理論與趨勢為基礎，尋求得以適切反映出當下城市競爭走向之評量指標，本研究首先從文獻回顧彙整出知識管理與城市競爭力指標互動之密切與可能影響構面；爾後，再藉由模糊德爾菲法（fuzzy Delphi method; FDM）篩選共識度較高的衡量準則。本研究之目的在於讓評量城市之競爭優勢條件奠定在知識管理之理論
