Abstract:	港灣不僅是形成海洋生物的良好棲地，還有不同的設施物及產業作業型式，且交通方便，這些優勢都使得港灣水岸成為群眾親水旅遊重要的場域。在維持港灣的暨有機能前提下，港灣環境之景觀改善亦是相當重要的課題。因此，港灣設施景觀的設計與規畫有必要被加以探討。本研究利用實景照片問卷調查的統計分析及景觀設計迴歸方程式建立來探討港灣設施物與景觀美質的關係，並討論各類港灣設施物及其在空間配置的情況對景觀美質所產生的正負面影響。本研究運用群眾法中的認知模式(Cognitive paradigm)，並使用語義分析法（Semantic Harbor, which provides marine lives good habitation and possesses variety of facilities, industries and convenient transportation, advantages itself as an important place of tourism and further more, makes it an important issue to improve the landscape of
