Abstract:	近年來，因受國內經濟發展以及都市土地大量開發之影響，建築密度逐年攀升，居住空間呈現過度裝修與建材耗費等情形。內政部營建署雖提出「獎勵民間綠建築改善示範作業要點」，但適用範圍主要是針對公有部門以及工程經費大於五千萬以上之建築工程。由我國綠建築九大指標EEWH可歸納為生態Ecology(含生物多樣性、綠化性、基地保水三指標)、節能Energy Saving(日常節能指標)、減廢Waste Reduction(含CO2、廢棄物減量兩指標)、健康Health(含室內環境、水資源、污水及垃圾三指標)等四大部分。本研 In recent years, due to domestic economic development and the development of a large number of urban land, building density increased year by year, showing over-decorated living space and building materials cost and other conditions.
