    Title: 流量及雨量之使用單位對Benford定律的影響

    Abstract: Benford定律可用以描述自然形成的大量數據中，首位數為1~9或第一二位數為10~99以某一特定頻率出現的現象。本文擬探討淡水河流域的流量及雨量資訊之基本單位，是否會影響Benford定律之分析結果。分析過程中所需之流量及雨量資訊，係取自水利署水文水資源資料管理系統，搭配MS Excel統計分析軟體，探討淡水河流域之流量及雨量特徵。研究結果顯示，若考慮淡水河流域之流量與雨量單位分別為m3/sec與mm/day時，則其第一位數出現頻率之平均絕對誤差率(Mean Absolute Percentage Er
