Abstract:	本研究針對台灣北部海岸生態環境和文化景觀兩主題為出發點，將藉由國內、外的經驗及地區特色，建立海岸保護區的劃設原則，並在滿足生態環境保護與人文資產保存之目標下，使具保護價值之生態環境及人文景觀資源得以獲得最佳保護、保育及保存。本研究透過GIS環境資料庫進行資源整合，並導入模糊理論與空間多準則分析方法進行專家問卷評分及演算法之換算，最後依其空間區位範圍之重要性，劃設為核心地區、緩衝區及過渡區三種不同等級之海岸保護分區，有效將資源做最適之空間分配，作為未來海岸生態保育研究之參考。 This study aims at the two themes of the coastal environment and cultural landscape in Taiwan, learning from the domestic and overseas experience, combining the features of region, establishing the principles for designating the coastal reserve areas and
