    Abstract: 依據IPMA營建專案管理知識體中界定,專案風險處理方法為:面對、減輕、補償、迴避,但專案管理中也提及風險分配問題,但卻對分配的方法未有更多說明,建築工程的執行過程常常因風險分配問題而出現爭議,而當爭議發生時往往在等待處至的過程耗費了相當的機會成本。如果在工程規劃時就將風險分配爽明的劃分,如此機會成本的損失將可以減少,本研究針對建築工程風險分配進行相關研究與規劃,期望能規劃一個較為明確的方向以供產業參考。
