    Abstract: 公共藝術讓空間的視覺品質提升，除了在生活中提供賞心悅目的藝術品外，更拉近民眾與藝術的距離，進而產生互動及對話，這也是政府近年來為推廣生活美學所努力的目標，但公共藝術卻常因規劃設計不當，無法達成預期的效果。
    本研究為改善該問題，首先經研究相關文獻建立公共藝術設置之基本評估項目，並採用德爾菲專家問卷確立「公共藝術設置評估架構」，將其架構分為「主題」、「型式」、「空間」、「使用者」、「維護」等五大指標，最後確立各指標下共17個評估項目。此評估項目可用來檢討評捷運線各站公共藝術設置之缺失。
