Abstract:	台灣海岸地區生態資源豐富，景觀優美，民國76年解嚴之後，為因應經濟發展需求，許多自然資源（例如林業、海岸環境等）被大量開發，對自然環境造成不可磨滅的影響；近年來，海岸觀光遊憩活動日漸興盛，海岸地區也漸漸朝向旅遊業發展，使得海岸地區之環境負荷更形嚴重，為解決海岸環境生態與經濟相互競用之問題，未來生態旅遊的推動與發展勢必成為海岸地區之重要議題。新竹縣新豐鄉紅樹林生態資源豐富，為配合景觀復育及生態旅遊規劃，於2010年實施海岸生態旅遊導覽人員培訓課程計畫，本研究將針對此一培訓課程訓練成效進行評估，以作為海岸地區 Training courses, training effect evaluation, Ecotourism, Guides.
