    Abstract: 隨著元件之特徵尺寸朝向細微化發展的結果,使得晶元生產作業環境的要求亦較以往更為嚴苛,特別是微振動問題。高科技廠房由於電力配線及氣體輸送管路之架設,均使用高架地板,而高架地板通常會將樓版的振動量放大數倍。本研究將科技廠房中常見的背景振動現象,如搬運設備的行走、機械設備的馬達轉動、空調設備的運轉及人員的走動…等,以現場量測結果利用EEMD技術進行訊號分離,建立各振動源的訊號特性,再以MATLAB訊號處理程序,利用白噪訊號進行人工合成訊號的模擬生成,並與實測訊號比對。最後將人工合成訊號當背景振動訊號,作為SAP
