    Abstract: 本研究主要利用結構動力學減振概念,將無阻尼減振器(以下簡稱為減振器)裝設於精密設備基座(以下簡稱為基座)上,減振器由質量及彈簧組成,利用減振器的動力作用,使其加到基座的動力與激振力相互抵消,使得基座的振動得到抑制。減振器無需外加能量即可運作,故屬於被動控制元件。本研究在實驗室組裝一座與高科技廠房相似的基座,透過現地微振動量測分析及有限元素軟體SAP2000模擬,來探討減振器對基座之動力行為的影響。分析後發現此基座水平向之振動量較垂直向大,所以本研究主要以探討減振器於水平向之減振效果。研究過程是先使用SAP
