    Abstract: 台灣地區四面環海，海岸線總長約1,500公里，隨著全球環境變遷所造成的氣候異常現象外，海岸周邊之土地因受人類不當開發，生態環境資源逐漸消失，保護海岸地區地理環境資源及維持生態體系平衡，已成為當代海岸生態環境保護的重點工作，然而海岸環境多樣且複雜，除應透過整合性的海岸管理工具適當地進行空間規劃外，如何在生態、文化及景觀上求得海岸空間資源的最佳分配模式，是台灣海岸規劃決策上的重要議題。
