Abstract:	因應原鄉多樣資源的屬性與條件，我國原住民地區多以推動在地的觀光旅遊作為地方發展的主要產業。近年政府推廣溫泉旅遊，對原住民族地區溫泉風景區的發展更不餘遺力。新竹縣五峰鄉清泉風景特區溫泉資源豐富，且為進入雪霸國家公園中繼站，其豐富的原鄉與生態資源，已成為周邊縣市民眾觀光旅遊的重要據點。本研究係以五峰鄉清泉風景特定區為例，說明原住民保留地及溫泉資源之整合發展策略；並以文獻回顧、深度訪談、田野調查進行觀光資源調查，藉由SWOT分析彙整原住民保留地發展溫泉風景區之策略。初步研究結果獲致（一）於開發與保育兼顧下，原住 Contributed to its multiple resources attributes and conditions, the aboriginal district pursue local tourism as a strategy for economic development.
