    Abstract: 台灣海岸地區生態資源豐富，景觀優美，解嚴之後，為因應經濟發展需求，許多
    資源被大量開發，對自然環境造成不可磨滅的影響；近年來，海岸觀光遊憩活動日漸
    興盛，海岸地區也漸漸朝向旅遊業發展，未來生態旅遊將成為海岸地區之重要議題。
    為解決海岸環境及景觀議題，內政部營建署提出「海岸復育及景觀改善示範計畫（98
    －103 年）」，投入6 年6 億的時間與經費資源，鼓勵並補助各縣市政府進行環境改
    善及相關復育工作；新竹縣新豐鄉紅樹林生態資源豐富，為配合景觀復育及生態旅遊
    規劃，而於99 年實施海岸生態旅遊導覽人員培訓課
