Abstract:	近年來環保意識崛起，生態議題受到全世界的關注，國際間皆呼籲謹慎使用生態資源，而濕地的問題也逐漸受到重視，除了應積極加強保護天然濕地外，實施營造人工濕地，不僅可增加濕地面積，亦可提供遊憩、教育等功能，讓人類了解濕地的重要性，以減少濕地環境的破壞。目前，新竹市政府有意將香山濕地規劃為自然公園，發展生態旅遊，使其成為北台灣最大潮間帶，共同推動新竹市濱海地區的永續經營與發展，以有效管理及保護香山濕地的環境品質。然而，濕地環境品質的維護仍有賴民眾自願的精神與態度，因此本研究乃以當地居民及遊客為對象，運用
