Abstract:	台灣經濟水準的提高，以及周休二日的政策實施下對於近年來觀光遊憩需求的提升，遊憩開發已是勢在必行，然而河岸環境敏感龐雜，過度的開發會對河岸造成不可復原的衝擊。綜觀台灣當代之河岸問題，例如生物資源枯竭、棲地遭受破壞、地形改變等，皆為河岸土地缺乏完善規劃，致使開發行為無限上綱，因而造成難以回復性之損害，產生諸多土地與生態相互衝突的環境問題。由於河岸環境複雜多變且具有不確定性，因此本研究將藉由灰色關聯分析法進行河岸遊憩資源潛力評估指標之篩選，為河岸遊憩資源指標進行歸類及整合，以篩選出具代表性之功能價值指標。再由代 The improvement of the economic level and the implementation for the policy of two days off per week in Taiwan, the demand for sightseeing and recreation has been raised in recent years.
