    Abstract: 近年來由於都市化之發展及建築技術的提昇,建築物逐漸邁向高層化、大規模化及多功能化,通常在進行大型建築設計時,為了提高設計上的彈性與自由,國內於民國九十三年開始實施性能式法規新制以輔助條列式法規,建築設計者可藉由性能式設計,使建築物的彈性與自由更趨完善。
