Abstract:	從事景觀規劃與設計工作十幾年來，可以發現很多過去無法溝通的理念，這幾年似乎已經變成大多數人不再懷疑的共識，例如：環境的保育、生態系統的復育，以及在九二一之後，公私部門於災區大力鼓吹的「生態工法」等等，這當然是一種可喜的現象，然而如果要用多次嚴重的天災、生命財產的損失才能換得這種「全民共識」，卻又多令人慨嘆！近年來，眼見著生活環境日趨惡劣，大家開始思索工業發展對我們的環境所帶來的負面效果：噪音、空氣污染、水污染、土壤污染，以及近十年來的熱門話題：「環境荷爾蒙」對人類的基因產生無法預知的傷害等等，環境規劃專
