    Abstract: 由於建築技術不斷突破,高層化、複合化的大尺度空間建築與時俱增,舊有
    法規已無法符合現有建築物的使用需求,法規規範也將限制建築發展的腳步。許
    多國家逐漸發展出性能式法規,以彌補現行法規對現今建築技術發展上的羈絆;
    對此,國內已於民國九十三年開始實施性能式法規新制來因應。
    建築技術規則中防火區劃部分,更能利用性能式法規來突破限制,擴大其區
    劃範圍。本研究主要目的為突破法規限制擴大防火區劃範圍,以滿足大型商場、
    購物中心等大尺度空間,設計於建築空間中挑高部分所要表達的空間感,增加設
    計時的自由度。
