    Abstract: 由於「綠色矽島」政策使政府提供優良的環境,因此廠商投入大量資金及高教育人材加入,導致高科技廠房迅速發展,本文將針對半導體十二吋晶圓廠,做為案例進行研究。
    本研究以十二吋晶圓廠進行強化虛擬區劃之探討,由張勝凱提出「半導體災害應變模式探討」,有探討十二吋晶圓廠因為機械軌道會破壞原有防煙垂壁,所以利用加壓空氣牆(虛擬區劃)的設計,取代防煙垂壁之功能,其原理是在火災時,關閉火災區空調,而非火災區空調則持續送風,可達到強化兩區域之壓差,進而形成虛擬區劃,但原區劃將造成污染擴散至鄰區,故本研究探討重新設置後之虛擬區劃
