Abstract:	由於「綠色矽島」政策使政府提供優良的環境，因此廠商投入大量資金及高教育人材加入，導致高科技廠房迅速發展，本文將針對半導體十二吋晶圓廠，做為案例進行研究。本研究以十二吋晶圓廠進行強化虛擬區劃之探討，由張勝凱提出「半導體災害應變模式探討」，有探討十二吋晶圓廠因為機械軌道會破壞原有防煙垂壁，所以利用加壓空氣牆(虛擬區劃)的設計，取代防煙垂壁之功能，其原理是在火災時，關閉火災區空調，而非火災區空調則持續送風，可達到強化兩區域之壓差，進而形成虛擬區劃，但原區劃將造成污染擴散至鄰區，故本研究探討重新設置後之虛擬區劃 Because "the green silicon island" the policy causes the government to provide the fine environment, therefore the merchant investment massive funds and high educate the capable person to add, will cause the high tech factory rapid development, this artic
