    Abstract: 現今全球各大都市都希望以科技化發展，各大都市的基礎建設都幾乎有一定的完整度，但並非讓人覺得有導入任何的科技感及智慧感，如何將一個城市讓人覺得有科技感和智慧感已是各大先進國家的都市所想發展的一個目標，臺灣都市的ICT產業在全球也有一席之地，在資訊與通訊有一個很完整的垂直供應鏈，這是我們最大的優勢，如何將這優勢應用在都市發展，並且能夠將基礎建設和資通訊整合，來達到真正的一個『智慧城市』。
    本研究以國內外智慧城市所已有智慧城市的實質方案，從ICF智慧城市論壇所選出的智慧城市，比較分析出對於城市可優先推動之方案，
