Abstract:	智慧城鄉主要建立在創新環境基礎上，藉由民眾參與及技術發展建構智慧城鄉模式，並整合社群網路和提昇知識基礎為主體，型塑智慧城鄉創新系統。因此，意涵在於城鄉環境的改善，利用創新、學習和知識等為基礎提升生活的便利性與科技化，本研究以臺灣省中興新村高等研究園區為研究場域，結合參酌及解析國外城市案例操作手法，研擬推動發展之策略，營造優質城鄉永續發展的智慧環境。 Intelligent City is set up innovation environment by people’s attendance not only model of technology development but also integrating the networks of communities and knowledge of improvement for basis to create the innovation system of intelligent city.T
