Abstract:	年來綠色、節能、環保觀念興起並蔚為潮流，因此以自行車進行的運動與旅遊熱潮方興未艾。目前台灣自行車觀光產業的發展多數仍以觀光景點的自行車租賃服務為主，以團體旅遊方式進行並提供導覽的服務並不多見。然而；這種提供導覽的自行車團體旅遊服務相對於以步行方式進行旅遊能夠減輕旅遊過程中的體能負擔、提供較大的旅遊範圍，但是仍然能夠提供與步行旅遊相若的旅遊深度，因此極具發展潛力。本論文設計與實作了一個以資通訊技術為基礎之自行車團體旅遊導覽系統，希望能夠使得旅遊者在自行車團體旅遊的過程的任何時間、任何地點使用以資通訊技術為基
