    Abstract: 近年來館舍的經營管理,主要是著重在所謂的參訪者關係管理(Visitor Relationship Management,VRM),強調參訪者與館舍接觸之後的參訪行為分析,這樣的議題已吸引相當多的學者專家投入研究,同時這類議題之研析有助於企業經營改善。本研究目的在於應用重要-表現程度分析法,結合藍海策略之行動架構,探討大山背客家人文生態館參訪者參訪經驗與經營管理策略。本研究自2006年09月至12月,於大山背客家人文生態館,以隨機抽樣進行到訪遊客之問卷調查,總計發放訪談問卷數量合計236份,彙整有效問卷共計
