Abstract:	摘要本研究利用粒線體COI片段序列研析台灣產疣鷹爪蝦與錨型鷹爪蝦之族群遺傳變異。疣鷹爪蝦採集來於東港(DG)、台中(TC)及香港(HK)共107個體體，產生24個單倍基因體，但錨型鷹爪蝦採集來於東港(DG)及興達(CYD)共78個體體，產生7個單倍基因體。疣鷹爪蝦所有個體之hyplotypediversity值為0.442，nucleotide diversity 為0.00338。錨型鷹爪蝦所有個體之hyplotypediversity值為0.172，nucleotide diversity 為0.0 Fragment sequences of the cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI) gene were used to elucidate population genetic variation of Trachypenaeusgranulosus and Trachypenaeusanchoralis in Taiwan.
