    Abstract: 石門水庫上游集水區湳仔溝溪多年來受到水患影響，於2004年月至2006年12月，進行溪流整治工程，本研究針對湳仔溝溪之優勢魚種台灣馬口魚，探討湳仔溝溪溪流整治前、中、後各測點密度是否有差異。從2003年11月至2008年5月，依百吉四號橋、湳仔溝二號橋、龍形橋、鳳儀僑、新福圳及懷德橋各測點以電魚法進行魚類採樣，比較魚種數、總平均尾數、多樣性指數及優勢種台灣馬口魚密度平均值有無差異。結果顯示：施工前，各測點多樣性指數皆低，可能已有優勢種存在；第一期施工加上颱風影響，各測點魚總數皆下降，施工測點的鳳儀橋及新福
